As discussed last time, if you have a second mortgage or have gotten a second mortgage loan from Ameriquest, I would consider going over the contract immediately with a financial advisor. Since the company has been stealing money from people, having a second mortgage loan with them should make you feel very uneasy. I would consider yourself lucky if you have not needed to file under the class action lawsuit, but I would not trust the company for the moment and would double check my agreement with them very soon. If you do not have enough money to hire someone to look over your contract, some community colleges will offer free advice.
